Rachel Patton joined the company in 2014 as a Design Engineer and was promoted to Project Manager in 2020. She manages projects with multi-discipline teams and oversees the work of designers to ensure conformance with client and municipal requirements. Rachel is responsible for internal and subconsultant resources, financial project control, monitoring and reporting, issues resolution, technical design, and quality and schedule.
