Mike Kibbee leads the public works team. He joined the company in 2008 and has 40+ years of experience in the planning, design, management and administration of traffic, transportation and public works projects. His experience includes work for the federal government; state departments of transportation; and several Front Range of Colorado school districts, cities and counties.
