John O’Rourke leads the land development engineering teams. He joined the company in 2004 as an intern and became a Project Manager in 2011. John is especially familiar with all aspects of multi-family project planning and development. He has designed and managed numerous commercial, single-family, multi-family and municipal projects throughout the state of Colorado.
