About This Job
We are looking for an [Administrative] Project Coordinator to assist with the organization, planning, and execution of multiple plan and profile projects, as well as subsurface utility engineering (SUE) investigations in the Denver area. As the Administrative Project Coordinator, you will follow up with project managers for real-time updates and will be responsible for maintaining accurate statuses of ongoing projects and keeping multiple spreadsheets precise.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Keep an accurate and up-to-date spreadsheet of all ongoing projects.
- Follow up with project managers assigned to each project to obtain real-time updates.
- Coordinate work with subcontractors as needed.
- Provide assistance to other Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Field Services Director and General Manager as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience as a project coordinator or administrative assistant
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools.
- Experience with Xcel Energy Systems (SAP)
- Underground Utility Industry experience, a plus
- Experience with Monday.com, a plus
Hourly Pay
$22 – $30/hr
Based on industry experience
This position will be posted until January 30th, 2025.
