HKS provided all civil engineering and professional land surveying services for this 16.4-acre, 376-dwelling unit apartment and 42,000 gsf commercial community in the City and County of Broomfield.

Key civil design elements included the lead and preparation of the Site Development Plan, the design of regional roadway, utility and drainage facilities as well as all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys for the Project.
