HKS provided all civil engineering and design survey services for the 4.65-acre, 45,000 square foot Total Community Options at Lowry commercial project located at the intersection of Lowry Boulevard and Yosemite Street, in the City and County of Denver. The Total Community Options project is the first phase of the Long Term Care corporation’s Denver headquarters.

Key civil design elements included assistance with the preparation for the Site Development Plan, the design of all civil construction plans and the subsequent design of additional parking facilities for the project after the completion of Phase I construction.
