Harris Kocher Smith would like to congratulate John O'Rourke on the completion of his Colorado Principles and Practice of Engineering exam, and achievement of his Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. John began his engineering career at HKS in 2004 as an intern while finishing his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines.

Aaron Murphy received his Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license this summer after completing a 10 year land surveying apprenticeship and passing the Principals and Practice of Land Surveying and Colorado state specific surveying exams. HKS congratulates Aaron on his achievements.

Michael Kibbee has returned to head our Transportation Engineering division here at Harris Kocher Smith. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in the planning, design, management, and administration of traffic, transportation and public works projects. He holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in traffic and transportation engineering and planning. We are glad to have Mike back on our team.
