HKS provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for this 11.0-acre, 316-dwelling unit apartment community in the City of Sheridan.

HKS was the lead consultant during the re-zoning and Site Development entitlement processes as well as responsible for all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys and construction staking for the Project. A key design element, because of the Site’s close proximity to the Platte River and to Santa Fe Blvd (a State highway), was the coordination and approval process with the Urban Drainage & Flood Control District and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
