Harris Kocher Smith is working in conjunction with Oz Architecture and Littleton Capitol Partners to provide civil engineering services for this commercial development project.

The project is within the 2600 block of West Belleview in Littleton, encompassing 11,841 square feet of restaurant space within two buildings and 50,155 square feet of retail space within two additional buildings. There is a remaining 20,346 square feet of flex (retail or office) space in two other buildings within this development. A pad site was also created for a future free-standing restaurant. Overall, the site encompasses 10.22 acres of commercial property adjacent to the South Platte River.
