HKS provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for this 2.1-acre, 198-dwelling unit apartment community in the Uptown urban area in the City and County of Denver. HKS was the lead site consultant during the Site Development Plan entitlement process and was responsible for the preparation of all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys and construction staking for the Project. A key design element was the underground detention and water quality facilities, which were situated in the ground level of the parking garage.
