HKS provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for this 12.0-acre, 288-dwelling unit apartment community in the City of Aurora.

HKS was the lead consultant during the Plat and the Site Development entitlement processes as well as responsible for all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys and construction staking for the Project.
