Harris Kocher Smith teamed with Muller Engineering to provide Survey information for construction of a bridge over Big Dry Creek on Old Wadsworth Boulevard. This project included the construction of a bridge and providing a pedestrian underpass at this location.

HKS identified and established vertical and horizontal control points tied to Westminster’s datum.

HKS located all appropriate features and controlling elevations needed for design as well as property monumentation for inclusion on right-of-way / ownership plans.

The features located included:

• utilities,
• improvements,
• vegetation,
• hydraulic features,
• soil borings and
• roadway features.
  

HKS is preparing a Right-of-Way / Ownership Map in CDOT format that shows:

• all proposed ROW changes,
• slope easements,
• temporary construction easements and
• a detailed tabulation of effected ownership in the subject site area.
  

HKS has also written legal descriptions and prepared exhibit maps for this project.
