HKS provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for this 9.4-acre, 297-dwelling unit apartment community in the City and County of Broomfield.

Key civil design elements included the lead and preparation of the Site Development Plan, the design of regional roadway, utility and drainage facilities to serve the development and the adjacent commercial site to the west, as well as all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys and construction staking for the Project.
