HKS provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for this 5.0-acre, 246-dwelling unit apartment community in the City and County of Broomfield.

Key civil design elements included the lead and preparation of the Site Development Plan and the preparation of all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys and construction staking for the Project.
