HKS provided all civil engineering and land surveying services for this 10.1-acre, 308-dwelling unit apartment community in unincorporated Arapahoe County.

HKS was the lead consultant during the Site Development entitlement processes and was responsible for all civil construction documents required for the on-site development. HKS also provided all design surveys and construction staking for the Project. A key element of the project was the close coordination with the Inverness Metropolitan District and the Inverness Architectural Control Committee.
