HKS provided all civil engineering and design survey services for the 13.1-acre, 350-du Alexan Downtown Littleton apartment community located at the intersection of Belleview Ave and Santa Fe Blvd, in the City of Littleton.

Key civil design elements included assistance with the re-zoning of the Site, the preparation and lead for the Site Development Plan, the design of a half-mile of Rio Grande Street, all civil construction plans and the preparation of the traffic impact study for the project.
