Harris Kocher Smith provided planning assistance, civil engineering design, and construction surveying for this five acre, 382 dwelling unit multi family apartment and condominium community in the Belmar Redevelopment Area for Trammell Crow Residential.

The Alexan Belmar site is located on the south side of Belmar, which is the former Villa Italia Mall. Belmar is a mixed-use development utilizing urban design principals. Development of the Alexan Belmar site included Site Plan and Final Plat processing and approvals through the City of Lakewood. The site includes three: four and five story residential buildings and a five level parking garage for the high density (seventy seven dwelling units per acre) residential development.
